The health module reflects the requirements of the Swiss Veterinary Medicinal Products Ordinance (TAMV) and replaces the paper-based treatment journal.

Recording Treatments

• All mandatory fields under TAMV Art. 28 are covered in the form: animal, date, diagnosis, medication, dosage, route of administration, withdrawal periods, treating person
• Individual treatments for a single animal or batch treatments for an entire group
• Assign a treatment to an existing health event (e.g. hoof trimming, parasites)

Medication Inventory

• Manage medications with name, active substance, authorisation number, and standard dosage
• Stock management: entries and dispensing are automatically recorded with each treatment
• Current stock level viewable at any time
• Warning when stock is low

Vaccinations

• Create a vaccination schedule per animal or group
• Document completed vaccinations with batch number
• Booster reminder: the system automatically calculates the next vaccination date

Withdrawal Periods

• Automatic calculation of the withdrawal period for meat and milk based on the medication used
• Animals with an active withdrawal period are flagged in the system
• Overview of all animals with active withdrawal periods

Health Events

• Standard events such as hoof trimming, castration, deworming, injury
• Freely definable event types for farm-specific needs

Export

• Export the treatment journal as an inspection-ready PDF
• Corresponds to the format required for farm inspections
