We process the following categories of personal data:
When you register for and use Herdy, we collect: name, e-mail address, password (stored in encrypted form), farm information (e.g. farm name, TVD number) and voluntary profile details.
In the context of herd management we process: animal master data (ear-tag numbers, breed, sex, date of birth), health and treatment records, breeding data (mating records, pedigree), weight data, group assignments and TVD notifications. Such data are ordinarily linked to your account and accordingly qualify as personal data.
When you visit our website we automatically collect: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, time of access and the page requested. These data are used to ensure technical security and for troubleshooting purposes.
When you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the information you provide (name, e-mail address, message content) in order to respond to your enquiry.

We have concluded data processing agreements with all processors that satisfy the requirements of Art. 9 DSG (LPD).
We endeavour to process and store your data exclusively in Switzerland.
