Animal list: filter by age, sex and weight
The animal list now answers questions like "every wether over 45 kg" or "every lamb never weighed": species-specific age classes, sex and a weight bound, on the phone in a filter sheet with a live count.

Picking animals before slaughter, sale or weaning used to mean the search box and a look into each profile. The three questions that matter there now sit directly in the filter row.
Ewe, Ram, Wether for sheep, Doe, Buck, Castrated buck for goats, Cow, Bull, Steer for cattle. Ram means intact animals only, Wether castrated ones only.
The Filter button opens a sheet from the bottom. While you put the filters together, the Show n animals button keeps counting; the list only changes once you tap it. On a larger screen species, status and age stay visible, the remaining filters sit behind Filter. Active filters appear as chips with their own cross.
If you change a filter while a saved view is active, its button shows a dot and offers Update view or Save as new view.
CSV and PDF now contain age in months, last weight and weighing date. The Castrated column now correctly reads "Yes" for castrated animals.
